How do I add a new project to monitor?

Tap the "+" button in the top right of the Projects screen, enter your website URL and project name, then tap "Create Project". Your monitoring will start immediately.

What's the difference between the status colors?

How often does Pingly check my websites?

Pingly automatically checks your monitored websites every 5 minutes or every 2 minutes on PRO plan, and APIs every 2 minutes to ensure up-to-date status information.

Can I monitor APIs and dependencies?

Yes! When creating or editing a project, you can add API dependencies from popular services like AWS, Firebase, Stripe, and more. You can also add custom API endpoints.

How do I delete a project?

Long press on any project in the list and select "Delete" from the context menu, or tap "Edit" and then "Delete Project".

What is keyword checking?

Keyword checking allows you to monitor not just if your website is online, but if it contains (or doesn't contain) specific text. This helps detect partial outages or content issues.

My website shows as offline but it's working fine. Why?

This could be due to several reasons: the website might be blocking monitoring requests, there could be a temporary network issue, or the website might be responding slowly. Contact support if this persists.

The app isn't updating my project status

Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, please contact support with details about your project.
